All workshops run from 9am - 12pm

Your Yoga Workshop Get-Away Includes:

Friday night lodging at Howlers Inn

Welcome reception Friday evening (wine, soda, light refreshments)

Full breakfast Saturday morning

One 3-hour Restorative Yoga Workshop (for all levels of ability)

Price for the workshop is $25/person and lodging at Howlers Inn starts at $95/night for double occupancy dependent upon availability
